Roles and Responsibilities  
Teaching across a broad spectrum of programmes including A – Level Fine Art, Graphic Design and Photography, UAL Diploma and Extended Diploma Fine Art, Foundation Diploma in Art & Design and HND Art Practice.   
I have held the position of personal tutor at levels 3, 4 and 5. Personal tutor responsibilities include pastoral support, teaching personal improvement programmes such as Fundamental British Values,  Prevent and monitoring and tracking progress through the college VLE.  
Managing and coordinating quality assurance strategies such as internal verification of projects and assessment, benchmarking activities and ensuring a consistently rigorous approach to all aspects of assessment.   
Working closely with curriculum leaders, outstanding practitioners and departmental managers to ensure that a high quality and valuable curriculum is delivered effectively.   
Generating promotional and marketing material such as online interviews with alumni, creating digital documents to present to external parties and producing course hand books, course information sheets and participating in frequently held public open events.   
Producing schemes of work, bespoke project briefs, lesson plans and assessment plans that enhance teaching and learning and ensure that both quality and creativity are continually fostered, to a high standard.   
Working collaboratively through facilitation and partnership with subject specialists, to produce a high-quality curriculum that both excites and engages all levels.   
Continually updating creative and professional skills through internal CPD and external training events, sourced and financed independently.
